Its tuckle about that breasfeeding mother need to take care when it comes to health because the vitamins that mother have baby will get that.
Fruit and vegetable mother need to eat that because she gain vitamin A in fruit like banana, muskmelon,orange and etc. Vegetable rich in antioxidants that helps to growth the nutrients that make milk.
Calcium is important during mother pregnancy because its lead to decline in level of vitamin D that make the body stronger for the mother and baby.

The blog topic and article its about food but in the blog topic are what I want to eat and in article its about what food need to eat a pregnant women that helps to gain nutrients and vitamins.
The article related that because there are many malnourish baby that lack of nutrients because the mother didn’t eat healthy food that consume protein and calcium. So in that question i didnt experience breastfeeding but i example my mother thats have experience.
Mother needs a nutrients that baby gain to be strong and healthy It increase my understanding in my topic because there are many benefits and nutrients if you know what you eat if you pregnant and its helps to be strong and healthy in your pregnant days.
